Meet Coach Clint
CERTIFIED NUTRITIONIST AND PERSONAL TRAINER

Clint Planck is a certified nutritionist and personal trainer, nationally-qualified bodybuilding competitor, and father of six. His fitness journey began in a garage gym with his dad and brother in Georgetown, Ohio.

In his early 20s, Clint’s time in civil service and the Police Academy kept him in shape, but by his 30s he faced weight gain and serious health issues, including pre-diabetes and hypertension. In 2019, he committed to change — training through pandemic shutdowns with makeshift equipment and transforming his health with a 100-pound weight loss.

Together with his wife Nakesha, he discovered that lasting results come from combining smart training with better nutrition. That breakthrough fueled his passion to help others.

Today, Clint brings his experience, discipline, and determination to Rock Solid Fitness and Nutrition, where his mission is simple: transform lives through sustainable health, fitness, and nutrition.
