POLICIES
-Training-
Training sessions are an hour long. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full session. Training packages are good for a period of 3 months from purchase.
-Cancellations-
If you need to cancel a session, please notify your trainer with atleast 24-hour notice. Failure to provide adequate notice of cancellation, or repeat offenders may result in a loss of session.
-Meal Plans-
Meal plans take a couple weeks to create. They do not change on a monthly basis. They may be adjusted to meet your needs. Nutrition services are non-refundable.
-Weigh-ins-
Weigh-ins are submitted every Monday morning. Weigh yourself first thing, after using the bathroom and before eating. This will give you the most accurate weight. The number on the scale is used as a tool to monitor your progress and adjust your nutrition plan if necessary.
-Phone Calls-
Phone calls are a tool you can use for support and accountability. Phone calls must be scheduled in advance.
-Refunds-
All sales are final.
